Hardox wear plate is the world’s leading abrasion-resistant steel. Hardox is hard through and through, from the surface deep down to its core. Giving you extended service life and high productivity in the most challenging environments.

The combination of extreme toughness and hardness makes this steel special. Hardox plates are also versatile and can be used for many fabrication services including bending, cutting, drilling, welding and machining.

Hardox steel is available in grades 400, 450, 500, 550 and 600, plus Hituf and Extreme. Each varies in hardness, toughness and bendability. We will be more than happy to advise you on the most appropriate type for your requirements.

Strenx has superior bending and welding properties, and can be used in thin dimensions to create lightweight structures. As such, it’s often used in construction, transportation, lifting and agriculture.

Strenx classes represent the yield strength. It’s available in yields ranging from 600–1300 MPa and in thicknesses ranging from 0.7mm to 160mm. Some of the classes also have an extra mark behind the number. MC indicates its suitability for cold forming. Whilst CR means it is a cold-rolled product – giving the steel a superior tolerance, straightness and surface finish.

Domex is a cold-formed steel, primarily used in the automotive and engineering industries.

Known for its quality, durability and strength, it is less likely to suffer from damage than many other steels. And, because it is highly formable and extremely weldable, it can withstand many manufacturing processes.

Domex steel is available in thicknesses from 4mm to 140mm in the following grades: 240Y, 315MC, 355MC, 420MC, 460MC, 500MC, 550MC, 600MC & 960. Talk to us to find out more and select the best material for your specific needs.

Raex is very strong and resistant to wear, known for its hardness and its ability to withstand impact. As such, it can extend the life of your machinery, and reduce the need for costly replacements and repairs.

This high-quality material can withstand the most abrasive environments. And it lends itself to easy processing as it’s suitable for welding, bending or machining. It can also be used to create lightweight products.

Raex’s robust performance, extreme hardness and superior appearance make it a popular choice. It’s available in grades 300, 400, 450 and 500 in thicknesses ranging from 2–80mm. Please get in touch if you’d like to know more.
